 Structural features:

1. The use of advanced PLC control system, equipped with large color LCD touch screen, central control the action of the machine, and can store multiple sets of production data.2. Screws and barrels are of high quality alloy steel material by nitrogen treatment, to ensure the surface hardness and precision;

3. Using rapid hydraulic screen changer, ensure high production efficiency

4. Dispenser and T-type die are of reasonable structure, with advanced flow channel, layered flows are stable and non-penetration, thickness can be adjusted;

5. Three-roller horizontal structure, makes the sheet production process more reasonable and improve sheet quality.

6. Using duplex air shaft center winding device.

 

7. Equipped with Siemens motors, ABB inverter speed control, Siemens PLC programmable control system and 7.5-inch touch-screen.
